Community Manager


Esquire Association Management, LLC, a mid-sized homeowner association

management company located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has an

immediate opening for a full-time Community Manager. EAM is an

employee focused company striving to constantly exceed the

expectations of board members and residents. A Community Manager is

responsible for all day-to-day management functions of homeowner

associations such as handling resident issues and concerns, maintenance,

competitive bidding, bill processing and approval, budget preparation, board

meeting attendance, serving as a vendor liaison, and providing strategic

direction to executive boards on capital projects. The successful candidate

will have a very strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, a desire

to grow his/her portfolio of properties, a willingness to work in a fast-paced

and open environment with evening and weekend availability. Caliber software experience will be highly valued. A minimum of two years previous property management experience is an absolute must.
